Entering and Leaving the Field
Users agree not to arrive early and to leave the site promptly at the end of their session, to reduce the chance of overlap with the next user who may have a nervous or reactive dog.
We are permitting one car into each field. If you are sharing a field, additional cars must be parked in the parking area.
No dogs (of all breeds and types) are to be allowed off lead in the parking area when arriving and leaving, they must remain on a lead from the vehicle to entering and being inside the field with the gate closed.
Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your time slot
When/ If you arrive in a vehicle, please remain in the vehicle until the previous user has exited the field with their dog. Alternatively, if arriving on foot, please wait on the space just in front of the carpark and NOT near the gate until the previous customer has exited with their dog.
Please be mindful of the time you are required to exit the field to ensure the next hirer has use at their allotted time. A dog with no recall will not suddenly develop it just because you are in an enclosed space. Some dogs may take time to feel ready to leave. Allow time for this.
It is the responsibility of those using the fields to leave promptly at the end of their session so please allow enough time for your dog to be back in the car before the end of your session.
Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify us immediately. Any additional sessions used must be paid for.

Dog owners are responsible for picking up their own dog’s poo. Our poo policy is that if you see it, you pick it up. Of course, it is possible you may miss your dog’s poo, but we ask that if you see any poo, you pick it up and someone else will find your dog’s poo and pick it up. Help us keep the field clean and poo free for everyone’s enjoyment.
Dog poo must be securely bagged and placed in the designated dog waste bins provided.
Bins are for DOG WASTE ONLY. Our waste licence is only for dog waste and not any other waste, if you bring other items i.e. drinks these must be taken away with you.
